Turkeys vary in size, ranging between 10 -12 pounds cooked. Grass-fed, broad-breasted turkey raised on pasture by our farming friends at Old Home Place, We brine in red wine, local juniper berries, lemons, and fresh herbs from our farm. We slow roast it to perfection in our oven so all you have to do is follow the instructions to warm it up.
